Welcome to Little Learners

Little learners runs daily from 9.00- 3.00pm - term-time only.

We cater for children from 2yrs upwards and offer paid or funded sessions. Funding is available for 15 FREE hours from the term after your child’s 3^rd birthday and 15 FREE hours are available for 2yr olds who qualify for south Staffordshire’s Think2 funding. We also take children who are in receipt of 30 FREE hours. To check if you are eligible for funding please click on the link below:

Half day Sessions are £17.50 and full day sessions are £30 per day. (As from 08/01/2024)

We have a big play room alongside a private outdoor space. We are able to currently cater for 16 children during each session at a child to staff ratio of 1:4 for our 2 year olds and 1:8 for our 3 year olds.

Full time Practitioners – Miss Hagan & Charmaine Griffiths

The children are welcomed every morning by staff into the main room. We access all areas for varied play opportunities and also encourage free flow for the children to outdoors.

The rooms are arranged in a way which allows the children to access all 7 areas of learning throughout their play.

We like to focus on particular areas of learning on certain days each we week. We have a Messy day, a PE day (Wednesday morning), a Creative day, a Story day and a Music day. This is varied and is only for a fraction of the day, the children still have many opportunities for free play and their ideas still lead our activities.

Parents are valued as partners in your child’s learning and we actively use Tapestry to share, pictures, reminders and to celebrate achievements. Mrs Harvey is available by calling 01902 734167 to discuss any questions or queries you may have.
